Replacement Scheme

1. Purpose

This scheme facilitates the distribution of replacement Forever Bottles, and the responsible recycling and disposal of old Zero Co bottles and pouches as we transition to our new ForeverFill system. Our aim is to minimise waste, maximise recycling efforts and ensure a smooth transition for our valued customers.

 

2. Scheme eligibility

  • This scheme is for all Zero Co customers, regardless of subscription status.
  • The scheme applies to all Zero Co old bottles and refill pouches purchased prior to the launch of the ForeverFillsystem on October 14, 2024.
  • For orders requiring more than 20 Forever Bottles, please see Section 7 for our Wholesale Program.

 

3. Replacement scheme details

  • Eligibility and expiry: this scheme applies to select Combos only, and is valid to June 30, 2025.
  • Code: existing customers will receive a discount code via email, which will also be available in the My Offers tab of their account dashboard.
  • Code function: use this code at checkout to reduce the cost of replacement Forever Bottles to $0 for the eligible Combos. Eligible combos will show on the website from October 14th, 2024.
  • Usage: the upgrade code can be used multiple times but cannot exceed 20 Forever Bottles.
  • Application: the code must be entered at checkout to receive the free Forever Bottle with eligible Combos. A free return label will also be included with these orders.
  • Subscribers: those with an active subscription will automatically receive free Forever Bottles with their first order of eligible new Zero Co products—no code required.
  • Non-eligible products: the scheme does not apply to individual refills, Starter Packs or other products outside of the specified Combos.

4. ForeverFill™ upgrade and return process

4.1. Obtaining free Forever Bottles and return labels. 

  • Subscription orders: all subscription orders will automatically receive free Forever Bottles and return labels with their first subscription order of the new Zero Co.
  • Non-subscription customers: will qualify for free Forever Bottles, applied through a discount code. When this code is used at checkout, free Forever Bottles and a free return label for old bottles and pouches will be automatically included with the order.

4.2. Packaging returns

  • Old bottles and pouches must be empty and thoroughly rinsed before returning, to ensure these can be recycled.
  • Pouches with excess product inside cannot be recycled.
  • Multiple bottles and pouches can be returned in one package.

4.3. Sending returns

  • Customers have 12 months from receiving their return label to send back their old Zero Co items.
  • Returns must be sent to the address provided on the return label.
  • To minimise waste, customers are encouraged to repurpose their Zero Co delivery box when sending back old bottles and pouches.

     

    5. Deadlines and late returns

    • For subscription orders, free Forever Bottles and return labels will be included until June 30, 2025.
    • For non-subscription customers, the upgrade offer for free Forever Bottles with free return labels is available until June 30, 2025.
    • All returns must be postmarked no later than June 30, 2026.
    • After this date, customers are encouraged to contact our Customer Service team for guidance on responsible recycling or disposal options.

     

    6. Unused products

    • Customers are encouraged to use up their existing products before transitioning to the new ForeverFill™ system.
    • If unable to use products before the deadline of June 30, 2025:
      • Customers can decant products into the new Forever Bottles.
      • Sealed and unused products in original pouches can be donated to local shelters or community organisations. Check locally for details.

     

    7. Wholesale program

    • Customers requiring more than 20 Forever Bottles are considered wholesale customers.
    • The Wholesale Program may have different terms, conditions and pricing structures compared to the customer replacement scheme.
    • Wholesale customers may be subject to different limits, return processes and incentives.

    9. Policy updates

    • Zero Co may, at its discretion, modify, suspend or terminate any offers associated with this Replacement Scheme, including the provision of free Forever Bottles and return labels.
    • Such changes may be made in response to operational needs, environmental considerations or other factors deemed relevant by Zero Co.
    • Any significant changes will be communicated directly to our customers and updated on our website.
